Following a shortage of ''Scandinavian'' boxes, I authorized the replacement by ''traditional'' boxes, except that I paid for ''traditional'' boxes at the price of Scandinavian boxes...

Everything very well delivered, products, delivery time, EXCEPT freezer bags, as thick as cigarette paper, ripped open by a single chicken leg, when it's supposed to contain up to 12,200 bags in the garbage can.

Nothing to say in particular, everything is ok for me. From ordering on the site (simple and efficient), to delivery (box in good condition). Delivery in a few days, impeccable. Efficiency, speed, good quality on the face of it, now you just have to try it out. Much better than the well-known E.commerce brands. The quality of the website plays its part too.

Parcel delivered to a different relay point from the one I had selected, more than 40km from my home. Impossible to get there. Customer service does not answer the phone. Contacted the organization in charge of delivery to find a solution despite the current economic situation. Still waiting for my parcel.

Hello, we've had a simple and efficient vacuum sealer for a year now and we've tried several types of bags. The embossed vacuum bags are very effective. It's a pity that shipping costs are involved. I'm not going to recommend you right away, as I received a large quantity for my own use, but I'll keep your site as a favourite for future orders. Best regards, Mr BOUXIN.

I ordered burgundy placemats and received them...parma color!!!! Which doesn't match the interior of my restaurant at all, so yes now that I have them, I'll pass them on but please be careful with the colors you're asked!!! (hence my only two stars) Otherwise, fast shipping and well packaged.
