Hello. My order was placed on Wednesday 11 09 19, at 10h43. I can't tell you anything about your product at the moment. The parcel arrived yesterday the 17th at the relay point. A message from DPD (your carrier) informed me that the parcel was available. But the manager looked by my name, by my first name, he went to see in the mailbox but nothing. so we make fun of the world. The carrier is totally unreliable. I'm very, very unhappy. The delivery was not made. However, I spoke to the carrier on the phone, who did not leave the package where it was supposed to be. Furthermore, I was not informed that the delivery had not been made. I therefore collected my parcel from the DPD depot. The trays are too small. Customer service was impossible to reach on the phone and they didn't reply to my email.

For delivery, it would be nice to have it in a relay point other than the post office (flexibility of opening hours). For customer service, I tried to call for information and there was no answer. otherwise, the material was of good quality and delivery times were respected.

The 24h delivery was not applied and I had no feedback from the deliveryman or the customer regarding the goods delivered. As a result, I was not delivered on time as agreed.
