I am not at all satisfied with the delivery. I was offered to change the day and time, which I did, but as I wasn't there I put my neighbor, and on the day the parcel wasn't delivered, I called customer service to change the day and we agreed 2 days later. The problem was that they wouldn't give me my address, and the next day the parcel was dropped off at the post office in my neighbor's name, and she had to pick it up. Well done!

I've been ordering regularly for 3 years now. The products are of high quality and I've never had any problems, except recently, and this is the first time, when on two batches of 100, the thermo-welding at the bottom of the pack was defective and almost all of them went into the garbage can. I was naively thinking of a small commercial gesture speaking the same language of commerce, but to no avail.

The aluminium and cellophane roll dispensers are damaged and crushed due to poor packaging, which can cause damage when used. They are not protected in the shipping carton. A pity. Otherwise very fast delivery and very good product, I recommend.
