Email from 23/05 left unanswered Ref client code 02071065 Hello, I have received my order on time but I am not happy with the inscriptions on the plastic jars (attached photo) as nothing is mentioned in your description, I thought they were transparent plastic and I ask you to refund this product or send me some without inscriptions as it is not very aesthetic. Hello, we had no problem with CSJ, however we will no longer recommend you as long as the carrier is DPD. The package was not delivered to my home, I had to travel 140km round trip to get my package on time.

Hello, no problem with packaging and quality of the material. Problem with the delivery. I choose home delivery which costs me extra and the delivery person leaves my package at a pickup point which forces me to take my car and go to the nearest Carrefour market, which is 5 to 6 km away, resulting in a minimum time loss of 1.5 hours if I add the waiting time at the pickup point and the time to change so as not to dirty the inside of my car. Advice, change the delivery person or put them on notice. Otherwise, nothing to report, regards.
