Hello. I don't see how I can appreciate the quality of the service when I don't receive my order. The Colissimo company claims to have delivered to me when in fact I have received absolutely nothing. Just when I thought I'd have a better delivery with the "signature request" option, I realize that it doesn't prevent theft.

A message from DPD (your carrier) informed me that the parcel was available.
