Very disappointed with the return which cost me 14 euro for a 25 euro item I will never recommend again because nothing was specified when ordering I find it scandalous but too bad for me I will not be fooled again I will be much more vigilant I went through amazon for the order and for some time their return policy has changed to our detriment.

Hello, I was not notified of the delivery, I just received an email with the invoice and then this email asking for my satisfaction, but I did not know that it had been delivered! I had to check on the tracking system, and it had been 2 days since the delivery, too bad!

When ordering with payment by cheque, please do not notify us of 24 to 72 hours after receipt of cheque, but rather 24 to 72 hours after cashing the cheque, as the goods were received after the event (VERY DISAGREEABLE!!) Furthermore, please change supplier for packaging, as the box arrived on MONDAY in very poor condition. Thank you.

Disappointed, not by CSJ Emballages but by DPD delivery which is not serious. The fast delivery charter could not be honored because DPD delivered on June 17 for an order dated June 12 which was urgent. I refused the order. I hope to be reimbursed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I will no longer order from CSJ if they work with DPD, which doesn't deliver to every neighborhood and claims that no one was there when it came ...
