Very good product. However, the 3 boxes of stretch film arrived in poor condition. I sent an e-mail to CSJ Emballages but got no reply. The shipping costs are high enough to receive the products in good condition.

I am not at all satisfied with the delivery. I was offered to change the day and time, which I did, but as I wasn't there I put my neighbor, and on the day the parcel wasn't delivered, I called customer service to change the day and we agreed 2 days later. The problem was that they wouldn't give me my address, and the next day the parcel was dropped off at the post office in my neighbor's name, and she had to pick it up. Well done!

Part of my order arrived damaged. Contacted customer service who blamed the carrier even though the packaging was intact. The goods left the csj depot damaged. No commercial gesture.

Goods ok, but the carrier MTA is very disappointing !!! For the delivery :No follow up on the website, no message, no mail, just a call when the delivery day is not scheduled: I'll be there in 10 minutes. When it's Impossible for the reception. Delivered to a different location than requested. 10 km outward journey and 10 km return journey Your DPD driver is not at his first demonstration of his incapacity. Change your delivery service - it's better for you and your customers.

I think it would be a good idea to consider a more efficient delivery company. More than 13€ for a delivery five days after the order date when some do it for free in less than 24h should make you think. Nevertheless, nothing to say about the products ordered.
