CSJ emballages consistently delivers fast and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery times, on-time shipments, and items arriving well packaged. The products are described as matching descriptions, meeting expectations, and being of good quality, with several mentions of top-notch packaging and accurate orders. Customer service and overall experience are highlighted by smooth processes, effortless ordering, and willingness to recommend the store, including prompt resolutions and helpful interactions. A recurring strength is competitive pricing combined with fast delivery and dependable reliability across orders.
Disappointed, not by CSJ Emballages but by DPD delivery which is not serious. The fast delivery charter could not be honored because DPD delivered on June 17 for an order dated June 12 which was urgent. I refused the order. I hope to be reimbursed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I will no longer order from CSJ if they work with DPD, which doesn't deliver to every neighborhood and claims that no one was there when it came ...

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the packaging products, which are much more robust than those available on the market. I appreciated the professionalism and advice I was given.

Very serious from ordering to delivery. I just didn't know when I ordered the jars that the lids were not included, so I had to place another order for the lids and pay shipping twice. it's a shame!

I found the delivery charge very expensive, even though it arrived very quickly. On the other hand, the products are good value for money, and there's plenty of choice on the site.
