Too bad the shipping is too expensive (€15.86 for an order of €120.26).

I do not criticize the quality of the product, but on the other hand, regarding the transport, there would be criticisms to make about Chronopost, which at first delivered the package to another Pickup, and I never received an email that the package had been redirected to the correct Pickup

I always order my vacuum bags on your site. But now I am disappointed, thinner bags and not of good quality. I placed my order with the references that were on the old bags and 2 packs that I won't be able to use because they are smooth while last time they were ribbed. Not sure I will order again.

Response from CSJ emballages
Hello,
Thank you for your message, and we are sorry to hear about your disappointment.
After checking, it seems that the ordered references correspond to smooth vacuum bags, and not to embossed (grooved) bags. This would explain both the difference in texture and the impression of lower quality, as well as the fact that some packages are not compatible with your usual use.
It is therefore likely that there was a mix-up during the selection of products at the time of the order.
We remain at your disposal to help you identify the correct references for embossed bags that meet your needs, and to find a solution for your situation together.
Do not hesitate to get back to us.
Best regards,
Customer service
