The delivery was not presented on the site because the parcels are too large according to the post office... As indicated none of the employees is authorized to collect these large parcels. That's why all our suppliers' deliveries are made to our site and never to Depot. I don't understand why you have chosen this method of delivery, which is not the usual one!
