Colissimo delivery to a relay point except that there was a problem in tracking the parcel and therefore the delivery was delayed. This is not CSJ's fault, but given the price of delivery it's a bit annoying. On the other hand, when we contacted them to solve the problem, they were very competent.

I paid €15 for delivery to receive a box that seemed to be in good condition. Once I opened it, I saw that all my small boxes were corroded, and the first 10-15 large ones were impacted in the middle. I contacted customer service, who gave me a refund after 3 days of non-stop emails for the small boxes, but nothing was done for the large ones. The excuse is that I had no reservations, but unfortunately I couldn't see through the box.

I paid for home delivery against signature. The post office did not deliver the package and did not contact me as requested. I am on foot. I had to go to the post office to collect my parcel, a 2km walk to bring back a rather large box. It's unacceptable that your delivery service is so bad. Please change your delivery method! What's more, the 300 plastic bottles were loose in the box with dented bottles! Do you think this is normal? I'm very unhappy!
