It's not always easy to order alone on the internet, and I didn't always get the product I was expecting.

Order dated January 20. Package prepared and dispatched only January 27. That's 7 days after my order. I had to write a complaint for my parcel to be prepared and dispatched. I have had no explanation other than a follow-up that mentions the January 27 processing date. I find it unacceptable, given that we have orders to fill, to process a customer's order 7 days after a complaint, without any explanation or apology.

Parcel delivered by post. I picked up the parcel, which was in good condition, and without surprise, the products were as ordered. I say "no surprise" because I've already placed an order on your site, and as I was satisfied, I placed another order!

Very good site, the products offered are of good quality. The only drawback is that you are required to use a carrier to deliver your parcels to the Relais points.

No after-sales service. Call at least 7/8 times, no one answers... not even the possibility of leaving a message. Send an email ... same nobody answers. Delivery times not respected as indicated on the site delivery in 48/72 h: delivery 10 days later ... Poor quality alus trays ... To flee not at all professional ... Very disappointed with our order and the behaviour of this company...
