We ordered vacuum bags and part of them was packed in a leftover unsealed box. These bags are for food use and this type of overpacking is not suitable for us in terms of hygiene and safety of the bag. I therefore express a reservation regarding their use. If their integrity has not been preserved and they turn out to be defective, I would request a refund. These shelled pistachios are at best grade C. They are yellow and almost rancid unlike the description photo where they appear very green. This is a misleading sale and it's shameful for the price of pistachios. I can't do anything with them, what a waste!

The person on the phone told me they would cancel the first order so I could place the second one with additional products, but that was not done and I ended up receiving my first order!
