I've been ordering regularly for 3 years now. The products are of high quality and I've never had any problems, except recently, and this is the first time, when on two batches of 100, the thermo-welding at the bottom of the pack was defective and almost all of them went into the garbage can. I was naively thinking of a small commercial gesture speaking the same language of commerce, but to no avail.

Part of my order arrived damaged. Contacted customer service who blamed the carrier even though the packaging was intact. The goods left the csj depot damaged. No commercial gesture.

The aluminium and cellophane roll dispensers are damaged and crushed due to poor packaging, which can cause damage when used. They are not protected in the shipping carton. A pity. Otherwise very fast delivery and very good product, I recommend.

My first order in October went very well. The second order 7 days to prepare my order and shipping, after 10 days to receive delivery (delivery: a little justified) and some products damaged during delivery. Generally speaking, I'm quite satisfied.

Remains a little expensive on some items and some trays don't have the right number, sometimes you end up with 5 extra lids as they're already very expensive and don't close hermetically, so the sauce leaks out.
