The fast delivery charter could not be honored because DPD delivered on June 17 for an order dated June 12 which was urgent. I refused the order. I hope to be reimbursed as soon as possible. I ordered my products on the site and they still haven't arrived, even though it says 24 to 48 hours on the site. That's 4 working days and nothing, not even an e-mail! What's more, delivery costs 8 euros! On the other hand, the money was debited on the day the order was placed. It's infuriating! First and last time I order on this site! Unfortunately your package was lost by the DPD carrier because your relay point that you validated was closed on Monday.
