I had ordered on your site because you announce a delivery under 24 h 48h what went well to me because I needed its verrines for the weekend but I received them Monday thus that is more useful to me. So the delivery time is a lie.

Very disappointed by TNT expedition which for an order placed on Wednesday 07.02.arrived on 13.02 for a delivery in 48 h I find that it is very long especially that I needed this order absolutely for 09.02 I found myself in a galley not possible if it was not to ensure this service it was not necessary to make me pay a supplement to be delivered faster .I would be what to do next time .thank you to CSJ packaging for their products and their responsiveness.

The photo does not correspond at all to the product received. However, the information in the description is correct. This still misleads the buyer and that's a shame. I wrote to customer service to let them know about my problem and never got a reply, which is a shame.

I ordered my products on the site and they still haven't arrived, even though it says 24 to 48 hours on the site. That's 4 working days and nothing, not even an e-mail! What's more, delivery costs 8 euros! On the other hand, the money was debited on the day the order was placed. It's infuriating! First and last time I order on this site! I absolutely do not recommend!

Hello, your order of Thursday 21/09/2017 was shipped the same day by our services (delivery 48/72 hours) and not 24 hours as you indicated. Unfortunately your package was lost by the DPD carrier because your relay point that you validated was closed on Monday. So as we told you on the phone your package will be available on Tuesday 26/09/2017 or 72 hours after ordering (Saturday and Sunday are not working days) Sincerely

Fast delivery, but the parcel was dropped off at a "point relais" (whose opening hours do not suit my business at all) instead of the planned delivery address, without a delivery note. Goods as described. Customer service contacted by e-mail to get an estimate of the delivery date, no answer .
