No after-sales service. Call at least 7/8 times, no one answers... not even the possibility of leaving a message. Send an email ... same nobody answers. Delivery times not respected as indicated on the site delivery in 48/72 h: delivery 10 days later ... Poor quality alus trays ... To flee not at all professional ... Very disappointed with our order and the behaviour of this company...

The entire order (100 trays of 3 different models) was received on time and in good condition, despite what I've read on previous reviews. I think the period was not necessarily conducive to distribution channels with the confinement.

Fast and efficient delivery. Very good quality product, ideal for packaging small confectionery items. On the other hand, I didn't have the opportunity to contact customer service by phone or e-mail, radio silence concerning an error on my part concerning the choice of my too-small packaging and wishing to have it returned with a refund. I did place another order, but I'm waiting for the other items to be returned. Hopefully this will bear fruit... .
