CSJ emballages consistently delivers fast and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery times, on-time shipments, and items arriving well packaged. The products are described as matching descriptions, meeting expectations, and being of good quality, with several mentions of top-notch packaging and accurate orders. Customer service and overall experience are highlighted by smooth processes, effortless ordering, and willingness to recommend the store, including prompt resolutions and helpful interactions. A recurring strength is competitive pricing combined with fast delivery and dependable reliability across orders.
I've been ordering regularly for 3 years now. The products are of high quality and I've never had any problems, except recently, and this is the first time, when on two batches of 100, the thermo-welding at the bottom of the pack was defective and almost all of them went into the garbage can. I was naively thinking of a small commercial gesture speaking the same language of commerce, but to no avail.
Hello, I have the wrong postal code, I told DPD. But they returned the parcels, because their custody time has expired. I'm not happy with DPD's service.

The aluminium and cellophane roll dispensers are damaged and crushed due to poor packaging, which can cause damage when used. They are not protected in the shipping carton. A pity. Otherwise very fast delivery and very good product, I recommend.

The Mesnil post office made me come twice and their welcome was lamentable, the delivery cost is very high for low value orders.

Impossible to note and judge, the "smooth" vacuum bags are not compatible with my vacuum machine. 300 bags lost.
