Shipping cost too high for the product. At this price, I should have had it delivered to my home.

The goods are of good quality and meet my current needs. The delivery was made in 2 times by chronopost over 2 days instead of giving me everything on the same day, so I thought I was missing goods.

Product ok, good price, but deplorable delivery by the DPD service, first parcel sent back to the sender for no reason, second parcel indicates "awaiting instruction" silently in the tracking, nobody tells us what to do, fortunately we had someone technical in the team who was able to manage the case, and again the next day the delivery was delayed again, in total a week's delay in delivery, really unacceptable.

You were supposed to give me a credit note on a delivery due to an error on your part but I'm still waiting and so I think I'll go and see another supplier given your seriousness! The worst thing is that it's not the first time I've told you.
