I had ordered bottles with corks. The delivery was very fast (even slightly early) but unfortunately the bottles arrived without corks. I had to call customer service and was very pleased with their responsiveness in delivering the missing corks. My order is finally complete and I won't hesitate to order again!

Fast delivery. It's a shame that the parcels arrive damaged (film dispenser box), due to a lack of packaging protection. The dispensers therefore arrive damaged.

I made a mistake on my order for the verrines, they are smaller than those I wanted and on the site there is no place to return the product that does not meet my expectations the only downside. But otherwise nothing to say.

First order from them that I limited because I didn't know the site. Fast delivery, conform merchandise. I can't comment on customer service as I didn't need to call on them but I'm satisfied with this purchase.
