Very good, except for the final price. Tray bought for 13 e, price incl. tax and delivery for 24e, expensive for aluminium.

Today is May 31st. My order, dated May 22, has still not arrived. My account has been debited. I had to buy the same thing elsewhere.

Disappointed, I ordered rolls of hand towels with the container provided but it is unusable ... The hand towels tear in the container and you have to open it to get some :(. oU AORS? I don't understand how to install it and there's no explanation ...

My opinion on the speed of the order 5/5 On the level of the order that arrived to me, it turns out that about twenty or even 30 for sure have a broken corner. The cardboard on delivery was intact and so I put it aside, it was only a few days later that I noticed the damage. For the 15X500m roll, nothing to say.

Pastry boxes arrived crushed by the gold circles that should have been placed underneath, resulting in several boxes being torn and unusable.

Items and delivery are fine. One downside: the cost of transport + taxes is higher than the cost of the merchandise; perhaps an effort should be made for small orders from individuals? Best regards.

I phoned yesterday, explaining that there had been an error on my part, I had validated the same order 2 times. reply on the phone: his colleague who dealt with this was not available, that he would call me back, and... nothing will ever be able to use the result of my error. i was a novice in this type of transaction? What can I do? Can I return this second batch?

Order received and I am really dissatisfied 😡😡 Several loose boxes instead of receiving a pallet as expected. Wrong reference received. Missing reference. Complaint mail sent the same day, still unanswered to this day, not very nice especially in the current crisis situation.
