Hello, no problem with packaging and quality of the material. Problem with the delivery. I choose home delivery which costs me extra and the delivery person leaves my package at a pickup point which forces me to take my car and go to the nearest Carrefour market, which is 5 to 6 km away, resulting in a minimum time loss of 1.5 hours if I add the waiting time at the pickup point and the time to change so as not to dirty the inside of my car. Advice, change the delivery person or put them on notice. Otherwise, nothing to report, regards.

I always order my vacuum bags on your site. But now I am disappointed, thinner bags and not of good quality. I placed my order with the references that were on the old bags and 2 packs that I won't be able to use because they are smooth while last time they were ribbed. Not sure I will order again.

After checking, it seems that the ordered references correspond to smooth vacuum bags, and not to embossed (grooved) bags. This would explain both the difference in texture and the impression of lower quality, as well as the fact that some packages are not compatible with your usual use.

Big quality issues with all the vacuum-sealed bags received. I bought different sizes, as soon as the outer packaging was removed, the bags rolled up like cigars! I've never seen this before, it's much more cumbersome to use, the bags tend to fold over, creating a thickness that leads to sealing defects. The final result is less neat, the bag remains concave. I contacted customer service twice who is unresponsive!

We ordered vacuum bags and part of them was packed in a leftover unsealed box. These bags are for food use and this type of overpacking is not suitable for us in terms of hygiene and safety of the bag. I therefore express a reservation regarding their use. If their integrity has not been preserved and they turn out to be defective, I would request a refund. Regarding the delivery, I am satisfied, they are fast, I ordered dried basil but I am not happy with it, in the description the color was bright green, but the color of the delivered product does not meet my expectations and even the smell of the basil, personally I would not order again.
