I think it would be a good idea to consider a more efficient delivery company. More than 13€ for a delivery five days after the order date when some do it for free in less than 24h should make you think. Nevertheless, nothing to say about the products ordered.

Very disappointed by the delivery the instructions are not respected you have noon in a bakery (busy hours) in the middle of the store a large pallet and customers who can no longer access the drinks Now you manage! Not my problem.

I put 1 star for customer service, because I can't put 0!!! Non-existent customer service. No response to my emails, no refund for my previous order which was received by CSJ, despite my emails: This is called theft!!! Otherwise, compliant products, fast delivery.

I still haven't received my order, but I have been deducted from my bank account. It's unacceptable, there's a problem with the relay point I don't have an address for collecting the parcel, and it turns out that it's not the one I chose when I bought on your site. I'm happy with the product but I didn't really appreciate the call from your carrier before it arrived. I'm at work and I'm wondering why there's no one there when I haven't even tried to knock on my door. Here are the carrier's words. "Gentlemen, don't waste our time if you're not at home when the delivery arrives" and the worst thing is that I call home and he's there, of course.and try to call him back to explain why he won't pick up.

The plastic trays for macaroons arrived damaged whereas the shipping carton was not! Customer service responded quickly, but offered 5% on a future order, which I'm not happy with, given that the trays are almost all damaged! Ditto for previous order with some damaged cartons!

Hello, the product is perfect and compliant, thank you. On the other hand, delivery by DPD to a relay point was catastrophic (the deliveryman didn't come and changed the delivery information, customer service did everything it could to avoid having to deal with the problem). After 1 week of setbacks (without my ordered equipment) I had to go to the DPD center to pick up my package, in the middle of the work day. I have absolutely nothing against you, but for your partner DPD it's a 0. Me
