Extremely limited packaging. The cutlery was not wrapped and placed in a mess on the carton itself. For hygiene reasons this is very, very limited. Disappointing.

Delivery 0 despite 29 euros extra pay. the order csj super The package was at the local carrier (10km) on Friday morning, I was delivered only on Monday. if not enough staff hire. No need to brag in the media about being the king of transport.

For once, given the quality of previous deliveries: the packaging was stained by a liquid (obviously diesel) which penetrated the cardboard and contaminated 4 packs of hand towels. I can't say when the incident occurred (during transport or on delivery to the relay point). I remember receiving an order for which the box had been covered with a plastic film making it relatively impermeable.

I had to stop my order on the way and resumed it 5 minutes later. Once I'd finalized my order, I saw a voucher I'd had because my order was on hold. Too bad I couldn't use it. Otherwise correct merchandise.

Hello When I placed my order, you asked for an extra charge for 11Euro shipping and Colissimo was supposed to deliver the parcel. I accepted the charge so that they could deliver to my home and not to a "point relais". I don't understand your approach. Thank you Sahman HUSIC.
