For once, given the quality of previous deliveries: the packaging was stained by a liquid (obviously diesel) which penetrated the cardboard and contaminated 4 packs of hand towels. I can't say when the incident occurred (during transport or on delivery to the relay point). I remember receiving an order for which the box had been covered with a plastic film making it relatively impermeable.

I had to stop my order on the way and resumed it 5 minutes later. Once I'd finalized my order, I saw a voucher I'd had because my order was on hold. Too bad I couldn't use it. Otherwise correct merchandise.

Hello When I placed my order, you asked for an extra charge for 11Euro shipping and Colissimo was supposed to deliver the parcel. I accepted the charge so that they could deliver to my home and not to a "point relais". I don't understand your approach. Thank you Sahman HUSIC.

No after-sales service. Call at least 7/8 times, no one answers... not even the possibility of leaving a message. Send an email ... same nobody answers. Delivery times not respected as indicated on the site delivery in 48/72 h: delivery 10 days later ... Poor quality alus trays ... To flee not at all professional ... Very disappointed with our order and the behaviour of this company...

Fast and efficient delivery. Very good quality product, ideal for packaging small confectionery items. On the other hand, I didn't have the opportunity to contact customer service by phone or e-mail, radio silence concerning an error on my part concerning the choice of my too-small packaging and wishing to have it returned with a refund. I did place another order, but I'm waiting for the other items to be returned. Hopefully this will bear fruit... .

Review your packaging because the box arrived deformed and perforated!!! Chronopost does not take care of the parcels entrusted to it !!!
