Parcel delivered to a different relay point from the one I had selected, more than 40km from my home. Impossible to get there. Customer service does not answer the phone. Contacted the organization in charge of delivery to find a solution despite the current economic situation. Still waiting for my parcel.

Hello, we've had a simple and efficient vacuum sealer for a year now and we've tried several types of bags. The embossed vacuum bags are very effective. It's a pity that shipping costs are involved. I ordered burgundy placemats and received them...parma color!!!! Which doesn't match the interior of my restaurant at all, so yes now that I have them, I'll pass them on but please be careful with the colors you're asked!!! (hence my only two stars) Otherwise, fast shipping and well packaged.
