For delivery, it would be nice to have it in a relay point other than the post office (flexibility of opening hours). For customer service, I tried to call for information and there was no answer. otherwise, the material was of good quality and delivery times were respected.

Hello, I placed an order on July 31st, it's now August 6th and I still haven't received anything, and customer service isn't answering the phone. I'm going to ask for a refund of my order because I have to buy all the products I ordered for my event on August 8. I don't recommend it at all!

When ordering via website, faced issues due the nature of our organization. I sent a message and quickly got a call back. The gentleman helping just took over and made the order for me, solving every single issue. This, while giving me great advice on product, price options etc. (I did try to order this from other companies which were stuck on bureaucracy!) I say, amazing and great job, sir you just got a new client that will be back often. A big thank you!

Big delivery problem with colissimo. The order arrived at a different collection point to the one requested and I had no information for 5 days. I had to go to the post office to find out where the parcel had arrived. As for the goods, I haven't used them yet. Customer service called me back.

When ordering with payment by cheque, please do not notify us of 24 to 72 hours after receipt of cheque, but rather 24 to 72 hours after cashing the cheque, as the goods were received after the event (VERY DISAGREEABLE!!) Furthermore, please change supplier for packaging, as the box arrived on MONDAY in very poor condition. Thank you.

Disappointed, not by CSJ Emballages but by DPD delivery which is not serious. The fast delivery charter could not be honored because DPD delivered on June 17 for an order dated June 12 which was urgent. I refused the order. I hope to be reimbursed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I will no longer order from CSJ if they work with DPD, which doesn't deliver to every neighborhood and claims that no one was there when it came ...
