Order received and I am really dissatisfied 😡😡 Several loose boxes instead of receiving a pallet as expected. Wrong reference received. Missing reference. Complaint mail sent the same day, still unanswered to this day, not very nice especially in the current crisis situation.

Hello. I don't see how I can appreciate the quality of the service when I don't receive my order. The Colissimo company claims to have delivered to me when in fact I have received absolutely nothing. Hello. My order was placed on Wednesday 11 09 19, at 10h43. I can't tell you anything about your product at the moment. The parcel arrived yesterday the 17th at the relay point. A message from DPD (your carrier) informed me that the parcel was available. But the manager looked by my name, by my first name, he went to see in the mailbox but nothing. so we make fun of the world. The carrier is totally unreliable. I'm very, very unhappy. The delivery was not made. However, I spoke to the carrier on the phone, who did not leave the package where it was supposed to be. Furthermore, I was not informed that the delivery had not been made. I therefore collected my parcel from the DPD depot. The trays are too small. Customer service was impossible to reach on the phone and they didn't reply to my email.

Hello, I placed an order on July 31st, it's now August 6th and I still haven't received anything, and customer service isn't answering the phone. I'm going to ask for a refund of my order because I have to buy all the products I ordered for my event on August 8. I don't recommend it at all!

When ordering with payment by cheque, please do not notify us of 24 to 72 hours after receipt of cheque, but rather 24 to 72 hours after cashing the cheque, as the goods were received after the event (VERY DISAGREEABLE!!) The fast delivery charter could not be honored because DPD delivered on June 17 for an order dated June 12 which was urgent. I refused the order. I hope to be reimbursed as soon as possible. I ordered my products on the site and they still haven't arrived, even though it says 24 to 48 hours on the site. That's 4 working days and nothing, not even an e-mail! What's more, delivery costs 8 euros! On the other hand, the money was debited on the day the order was placed. It's infuriating! First and last time I order on this site! Unfortunately your package was lost by the DPD carrier because your relay point that you validated was closed on Monday. So as we told you on the phone your package will be available on Tuesday 26/09/2017 or 72 hours after ordering (Saturday and Sunday are not working days) Sincerely
