CSJ emballages consistently delivers fast and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery times, on-time shipments, and items arriving well packaged. The products are described as matching descriptions, meeting expectations, and being of good quality, with several mentions of top-notch packaging and accurate orders. Customer service and overall experience are highlighted by smooth processes, effortless ordering, and willingness to recommend the store, including prompt resolutions and helpful interactions. A recurring strength is competitive pricing combined with fast delivery and dependable reliability across orders.
As for delivery, I think it's a shame that I couldn't choose free in-store delivery, because having moved house, I wasn't offered the store where I usually received them, even though I regularly go there and could therefore have picked them up. So I ended up paying 9 euros for shipping, a bit expensive for my taste.

I often order on this site but delivery is expensive, too bad, otherwise it would have been 5/5.

1st order that was cancelled because the site was out of stock but they still debited the amount from my account and no refund and customer service that does not respond to email.

The delivery was fast and perfect. However, the package was missing 48 rinsed fingers and customer service does not respond ... Moreover my comment tried to be censored!

The announced delivery time was 48h. Ordered on 21/12/21, delivery announced and expected on 24/12/21. On 24/12/21, I received a message informing me that delivery would be on 27/12/21. I needed this order on the 24/12, that's why I ordered and hence my disappointment. The goods are in order.

Only hitch, delivery with private parcel. I went by but you were absent! The classic trick with this delivery company.

I received a different reference than the one I had ordered, even though the "flakes" model was indicated as available at the time of my order.

I'd like to take issue with the delivery, even though it's not really your fault, because the driver did a very poor job and I received my parcel 4 days after the day it was supposed to be delivered. They told me to get in touch with you about delivery costs as they couldn't do anything directly. Best regards.
