Order arrived well packaged, products as shown in photos. Can't rate the customer service I haven't had any contact with them.

Satisfied, however, with a score of 4 for the merchandise, as some of the bags had incomplete or non-existent seams.

The notice from the carrier was sent to me on 21/09/21 at 13h43 by e-mail and the delivery was made at around 15h00 on the same day, not easy to be there at the time of delivery.

I paid for home delivery against signature. The post office did not deliver the package and did not contact me as requested. I am on foot. I had to go to the post office to collect my parcel, a 2km walk to bring back a rather large box. It's unacceptable that your delivery service is so bad. Please change your delivery method! What's more, the 300 plastic bottles were loose in the box with dented bottles! Do you think this is normal? I'm very unhappy!

The bottles arrived in a cardboard box with no internal protection, but this had no impact on the bottles. Fast delivery.

Order placed during summer shutdown, too bad there wasn't a warning at the time the order was placed, that would have avoided the hassle and overload of phone calls when the store reopened. Apart from that, responsiveness and a pleasant telephone welcome .

As a general rule, orders are debited at the time of delivery. I was debited immediately, then told that the goods were out of stock and more than a week late. LAME.
