Quite soft bags, quality seeming at first sight a little lower than the bags I had previously bought on a large American platform. That said, my Lacor machine did a good job of vacuuming and the seal is watertight. Fast delivery, nothing to say.

Lack of packaging variety and volume Some products are bought elsewhere because they are not available on your site.

Disappointed because for the 2nd order we made a big c/de to save money on shipping costs which are high, we had announced a delivery between 9het16h and the deliveryman came at 8:30! As a result, we had to go and collect the m/se from the warehouse, about 60Km round trip. In short, after several calls, we managed to get a tiny 3% reduction on the next c/de... Disappointed. We were expecting a more significant commercial gesture, such as free c/de delivery.

Response from CSJ emballages

Hello, after checking, you are talking about the November order and not the February order. The carrier could deliver the next day, because it was not in your delivery slot (i.e. delivery in 72 hours in total), so you preferred to drive 60 kilometers to pick up your merchandise,

Hello order collected quickly thank you, however shipping costs are exorbitant, you add a tax to the customer on products already taxed. very satisfied with the products, however I do not think reorder in view of the shipping costs. .

I had to recommend the lids because it's written in small print that they're not sold with the cups. If it was more obvious I wouldn't have had to place 2 orders and pay 2 times the shipping costs.

It's best if you remove unavailable items to facilitate ordering and refunds! You offered me a replacement item, without taking into account their price differences. Otherwise, quality/price/delivery is perfect for me.
