First roll used in 0.28x6m perforated, lost 1ml of product, is this due to manufacturing or mystery packaging? For the others, see later.

Products and delivery OK, but no invoice in the parcel... and when I sent an e-mail to customer service asking them to please send it to me by e-mail = radio silence! So in the end "disappointed".

Fast delivery despite confinement. Goods very satisfactory. Customer service, apart from my internet order which gave me everything I wanted, I can't judge at the moment. But I think it's like the rest, so no worries .

I came across your site quite by chance on the internet. I had a look at your articles and I needed 2 kinds of disposable aluminium trays with lids, as well as the aluminium roll. I found the prices very affordable. I would recommend you without any problem. On the other hand, I didn't have the fasteners for the freezer bags.

Fast order processing and delivery. The product corresponds well to the catalog, but a higher height (4 cm) would have been preferable.

I had ordered bottles with corks. The delivery was very fast (even slightly early) but unfortunately the bottles arrived without corks. I had to call customer service and was very pleased with their responsiveness in delivering the missing corks. My order is finally complete and I won't hesitate to order again!
