The person on the phone told me they would cancel the first order so I could place the second one with additional products, but that was not done and I ended up receiving my first order!

I have several bags with defects. You can't see it by looking at it, but after saddling the bag it looks like the side already closed by the manufacturer. This is the first package with a problem, the others were good. But I have a loss.
