The 24h delivery was not applied and I had no feedback from the deliveryman or the customer regarding the goods delivered. As a result, I was not delivered on time as agreed. The merchandise is correct. The customer service is satisfactory. Otherwise no particular problems with CSJ. Always correct and serious despite this.

Hello, I'm extremely disappointed Pace that as I had done my research on your site for straws cyclables, I thought that all were organic material. What a surprise and disappointment to see plastic straws ... I wasn't vigilant enough because I was overconfident. Too bad Heidi Lorenzi .

Very disappointed with the return which cost me 14 euro for a 25 euro item I will never recommend again because nothing was specified when ordering I find it scandalous but too bad for me I will not be fooled again I will be much more vigilant I went through amazon for the order and for some time their return policy has changed to our detriment.

Hello, I was not notified of the delivery, I just received an email with the invoice and then this email asking for my satisfaction, but I did not know that it had been delivered! I had to check on the tracking system, and it had been 2 days since the delivery, too bad!
