Delivery is fast, but for a purchase of 12.99 euros, paying 6.99 euros for delivery (i.e. the cheapest) is a bit of a pain. It would be nice if you could opt to collect the products for free (without delivery). In the end I thought I'd got a product for 13 euros, but in reality I paid 20 euros.

You can limit a LITTLE the cardboard and PLASTIC BUBBLES that have to be disposed of AFTER delivery...it's a problem for everyone, and it's not a good idea to pass it on to your customers...besides, it COSTS everyone. For your information, take a look at the Chinese...their packaging is light, compact, shock-resistant and takes up very little space! Have a good day without waste.

I put a small note on the merchandise because the wrong items were ordered. (Ordered 2X50 trays of 250ml, I received 50 trays of 500cc). Very disappointed by TNT expedition which for an order placed on Wednesday 07.02.arrived on 13.02 for a delivery in 48 h I find that it is very long especially that I needed this order absolutely for 09.02 I found myself in a galley not possible if it was not to ensure this service it was not necessary to make me pay a supplement to be delivered faster .I would be what to do next time .thank you to CSJ packaging for their products and their responsiveness.

The photo does not correspond at all to the product received. However, the information in the description is correct. This still misleads the buyer and that's a shame. I wrote to customer service to let them know about my problem and never got a reply, which is a shame.

I'm 70 years old and I'm past the age of annoying people who work! BUT TO BE TAKEN FOR A FOOL, NO! As I said on the phone, I AFFIRM and CERTIFY that the TNT delivery man didn't come! I was expecting 2 deliveries from AMAZONE . THEY PASSED ONE AT 9.10 A.M., THE OTHER AT 9.25 A.M.! WHY DID I NOT OPEN UP TO YOUR DELIVERY MAN? Fast delivery, but the parcel was dropped off at a "point relais" (whose opening hours do not suit my business at all) instead of the planned delivery address, without a delivery note. Goods as described. Customer service contacted by e-mail to get an estimate of the delivery date, no answer .
