I was offered to change the day and time, which I did, but as I wasn't there I put my neighbor, and on the day the parcel wasn't delivered, I called customer service to change the day and we agreed 2 days later. The problem was that they wouldn't give me my address, and the next day the parcel was dropped off at the post office in my neighbor's name, and she had to pick it up. Well done!
