The announced delivery time was 48h. Ordered on 21/12/21, delivery announced and expected on 24/12/21. On 24/12/21, I received a message informing me that delivery would be on 27/12/21. I needed this order on the 24/12, that's why I ordered and hence my disappointment. The goods are in order.

The plastic packaging that holds the boxes was opened wide and one of the boxes was in poor condition it was torn apart from that everything else was perfect nothing to say very good site.

I'd like to take issue with the delivery, even though it's not really your fault, because the driver did a very poor job and I received my parcel 4 days after the day it was supposed to be delivered. They told me to get in touch with you about delivery costs as they couldn't do anything directly. Best regards.
