The announced delivery time was 48h. Ordered on 21/12/21, delivery announced and expected on 24/12/21. On 24/12/21, I received a message informing me that delivery would be on 27/12/21. I needed this order on the 24/12, that's why I ordered and hence my disappointment. The goods are in order.

I paid for home delivery against signature. The post office did not deliver the package and did not contact me as requested. I am on foot. I had to go to the post office to collect my parcel, a 2km walk to bring back a rather large box. It's unacceptable that your delivery service is so bad. Please change your delivery method! What's more, the 300 plastic bottles were loose in the box with dented bottles! Do you think this is normal? I'm very unhappy!

Disappointed because for the 2nd order we made a big c/de to save money on shipping costs which are high, we had announced a delivery between 9het16h and the deliveryman came at 8:30! As a result, we had to go and collect the m/se from the warehouse, about 60Km round trip. In short, after several calls, we managed to get a tiny 3% reduction on the next c/de... Disappointed. We were expecting a more significant commercial gesture, such as free c/de delivery.

Hello, after checking, you are talking about the November order and not the February order. The carrier could deliver the next day, because it was not in your delivery slot (i.e. delivery in 72 hours in total), so you preferred to drive 60 kilometers to pick up your merchandise,

Order dated January 20. Package prepared and dispatched only January 27. That's 7 days after my order. I had to write a complaint for my parcel to be prepared and dispatched. I have had no explanation other than a follow-up that mentions the January 27 processing date. I find it unacceptable, given that we have orders to fill, to process a customer's order 7 days after a complaint, without any explanation or apology.
