Initially well packed but exploded on arrival. Fortunately, the material inside was safe (vacuum-packed bags).

I find that shipping costs are high for a delivery service that is always 2 to 3 days late. What's more, the parcels are sometimes damaged. So I give the delivery service 0 stars.

I'm slightly disappointed. And I only received 49 dishes (PG3000) instead of 50, too bad.

I've been ordering regularly for 3 years now. The products are of high quality and I've never had any problems, except recently, and this is the first time, when on two batches of 100, the thermo-welding at the bottom of the pack was defective and almost all of them went into the garbage can. I was naively thinking of a small commercial gesture speaking the same language of commerce, but to no avail.
