Order placed during summer shutdown, too bad there wasn't a warning at the time the order was placed, that would have avoided the hassle and overload of phone calls when the store reopened. Apart from that, responsiveness and a pleasant telephone welcome .

Unfortunately delivery is not top notch, I paid full price for next day delivery, but 2 days later I receive an email from chronopost saying that delivery is scheduled for 5 days later, shocked I wrote to the seller who did what was necessary and I received delivery a little earlier, chronopost does not respect delivery times at all unfortunately. Otherwise, the materials and items are top-notch, nothing to say. And the after-sales service is also very responsive.

Delivery arrived just in time but in impeccable condition. As for the products, they're the ones I use in my daily life and they're practical for my logistics. It's just a shame that there's a lot of unavailability on the site, as I would have liked to take the bag of cutlery with napkin, given the health situation. Otherwise very satisfied with the products in general.
