I had to recommend the lids because it's written in small print that they're not sold with the cups. If it was more obvious I wouldn't have had to place 2 orders and pay 2 times the shipping costs.

For once, given the quality of previous deliveries: the packaging was stained by a liquid (obviously diesel) which penetrated the cardboard and contaminated 4 packs of hand towels. I can't say when the incident occurred (during transport or on delivery to the relay point). I remember receiving an order for which the box had been covered with a plastic film making it relatively impermeable.
