Items and delivery are fine. One downside: the cost of transport + taxes is higher than the cost of the merchandise; perhaps an effort should be made for small orders from individuals? Best regards.

I phoned yesterday, explaining that there had been an error on my part, I had validated the same order 2 times. reply on the phone: his colleague who dealt with this was not available, that he would call me back, and... nothing will ever be able to use the result of my error. i was a novice in this type of transaction? What can I do? Can I return this second batch?
