I put 1 star for customer service, because I can't put 0!!! Non-existent customer service. No response to my emails, no refund for my previous order which was received by CSJ, despite my emails: This is called theft!!! Otherwise, compliant products, fast delivery.

I'm happy with the product but I didn't really appreciate the call from your carrier before it arrived. I'm at work and I'm wondering why there's no one there when I haven't even tried to knock on my door. Here are the carrier's words. "Gentlemen, don't waste our time if you're not at home when the delivery arrives" and the worst thing is that I call home and he's there, of course.and try to call him back to explain why he won't pick up.

The plastic trays for macaroons arrived damaged whereas the shipping carton was not! Customer service responded quickly, but offered 5% on a future order, which I'm not happy with, given that the trays are almost all damaged! Ditto for previous order with some damaged cartons!

Hello, the product is perfect and compliant, thank you. On the other hand, delivery by DPD to a relay point was catastrophic (the deliveryman didn't come and changed the delivery information, customer service did everything it could to avoid having to deal with the problem). After 1 week of setbacks (without my ordered equipment) I had to go to the DPD center to pick up my package, in the middle of the work day. I have absolutely nothing against you, but for your partner DPD it's a 0. Me

The products arrived in conformity with my order and very good value for money... perfect!!! On the other hand, there was a problem with the delivery: the relay point under construction refused to accept parcels, and it took 72 hours for my parcel to be delivered. I refused delivery within a few hours, as I was due to receive my parcel on the evening of the delivery. Perhaps it would be a good idea to check your points relais and not to propose them for your deliveries if they are not able to receive the parcels.

Product ok, good price, but deplorable delivery by the DPD service, first parcel sent back to the sender for no reason, second parcel indicates "awaiting instruction" silently in the tracking, nobody tells us what to do, fortunately we had someone technical in the team who was able to manage the case, and again the next day the delivery was delayed again, in total a week's delay in delivery, really unacceptable.

CSJ EMBALLAGES "excellent products" just like the customer service, the only downside is the delivery by chronopost whose deliverymen don't give a damn if the delivery is done as planned, they are real lazy illiterates who would do better to change jobs and leave the place to competent people. .

I placed an order for my wedding. The products arrived very quickly and are of good quality. The only small problem is the price of delivery, which is excessively expensive. I had to pay more than 11€ for a point relay collection. It's a shame it's so expensive.

Perfect delivery, nothing to say! However, part of my order did not correspond to what I had ordered. Indeed, after sending an email to warn that some bags ordered were not the right size and therefore unusable for me. I was told there was no problem. And after 2 more e-mails, with photos to show that the bags were the wrong size.... More news....
