Fast and perfect delivery. It's a pity that shipping costs are fixed, even for items costing a few euros and weighing very little. In my case, shipping costs represent about 50% of the value of the product purchased.

Very fast delivery and the goods were in perfect condition. Only drawback: the aluminium items arrived deformed in transit. They need to be secured in the box.

Very fast delivery. Goods well packed and received in good condition. On the other hand, customer service very difficult to reach, fortunately by searching a little on the internet, I managed to find my invoice for printing, but I have not had a phone or email response to my request.
