Hello, If the site seems to be pleasant to use and clear it is not the same of the quality of the product that I received! Our friends offered for my birthday a Cubicool (2 years ago). We are delighted with this utensil which has a real utility for us. We have a boat and we use it every time we go out. After 2 years of use we decide to order a second bag and there big problem: after having filled it with water and spent the night in the refrigerator at 6 degrees (as every time) I take the water bag quite normally one morning before leaving at sea and the ... the handle comes off the bag which falls on the kitchen island and of course the bag bursts! 2 liters of water spread everywhere! did you not change the quality of your new pockets? !!!! only 48 hours after its reception! This pocket had a true defect of manufacture. I will make a complaint to you (with photographs) while hoping that you will change us this product! Cordially
