We ordered the same item twice with my husband: no issues, they resolved the problem and refunded us the same day! Company with a very good reputation for its leathers and it deserves it!

First order on the site. I wasn't confident at first with all these positive reviews, but it seems it's simply due to the excellent work of Cuir Guignard. I recommend.

I can only judge the shipment since the leather is a Christmas gift and I haven't unwrapped it, a gift package would have been welcome

Quality product but imperfections in the fur regarding the maintenance of the hairs and their fluidity (unsightly scattered tips causing rebellious spikes)

Nothing to say. The package arrived on time, in good condition and as expected. A small regret that the handles of the bag are not longer, but I must be out of touch with fashion

Response from Cuirs Guignard Published on 18/12/2017

Hello, Our items generally run small, it may depend on the models and the cut. We provide our customers with a size guide on our site and ask for measurements with each purchase to guide our customers. In any case, our customer service remains available to assist you in choosing the right size. Do not hesitate to contact us if needed. See you soon, Les Cuirs Guignard
