I am very satisfied with my shopping experience with this store. The very cordial and attentive phone exchange allowed me to make an exchange without additional costs. To validate the order and charge me 12€ for shipping fees despite the price paid, no worries. On the other hand, to confirm a delivery before Christmas as planned when ordering, that becomes just as mediocre. Exchange with customer service cold and uncommercial, because if I cancel while the delivery deadline is not respected, it is up to me to pay for the return. A shame, no commercial fiber!!!

Hello, We are sincerely sorry, we try to respond to all email requests, calls, ... as correctly as possible, but it happens during this period that customers are a little more impatient and do not necessarily pay attention to the deadline, etc. You placed an order on our site on Sunday, December 15 for a leather jacket ref PGG at 239€ which is indicated with a delivery time of 10 working days. We had indeed put a phrase on the site that for items in stock it was necessary to order before December 16 for delivery before Christmas, but not on all references....
