I dreamed of a leather jacket for my grandmother who has surpassed the '47 x 10 spring. I made a call before placing the order and how to say? I was very well received and got all the information I wanted. The staff was super friendly. And the product was received quickly. Nothing to say, I had no doubt about the product since I had already tried it in another store. It was just 110€ more expensive in that other store. But the big plus really is the relationship, the man I spoke to on the phone was super super super friendly and accommodating. If I return to Cuirs Guinard, it will be largely thanks to the staff, and the discounted prices haha, by the way. But on the human side, I say a big "yes"!

The quality of the leather is there. No size error. The color rendering is just right. The site and the photos are well done: you can see the item worn and all the details. Thus, no unpleasant surprises. Point to improve on the site: the possibility to "set aside" for next time the items long selected (like on Amazon) so as not to have to go through everything again. Delivery by post is not the best choice: they quickly put a paper in the mailbox, which forces you to go out!
