Hello everyone. I ordered a pair of Mayura boots model sandal 206 that I found very beautiful on the site. The delivery was made on time without any problem. However, I was very disappointed when I opened the package at first by the color and the appearance of the leather. I was expecting suede-colored boots like in the photo and they are chocolate-colored. The leather is marked with not very nice marks. After this first disappointment, I decided, following my wife's advice, to keep them. I wore them for an hour in the city the next day and that was enough to erase the Mayura inscriptions under the soles and wear them down to the point of wondering if the seams would last over time. I will securely take them to a cobbler to have them resoled before it's too late. Quite disappointing overall for shoes at this price.

Shipping costs are not free even beyond a certain amount, for example from 50.00 € or 100.00 €. Moreover, refunds are slow, you have to wait a week to be refunded.

Satisfied with this purchase, the leather is soft and of good quality. The jacket is pleasant to wear. I don't give 5 stars because at this price, delivery should be free.

The stitching on the bottom of the bag is not very well done and there are also two scratches on that same side. My strap is missing a piece of leather and the buckles are already a bit oxidized. I am disappointed for the price, I expected a higher quality. I gave one star for the softness of the leather.

The processing of my order was done quickly and I received it before Christmas. However, the size I ordered was not the right one and I had to pay the shipping costs to make the return.

Received in the wrong size and I don't want to pay the return shipping for an exchange without knowing if the next size will be the right one...

Pretty bag that corresponds well to the presentation made in the photo and therefore to what I expected. The disappointment comes from its smell that persists even after it has been placed outside and under shelter for a whole week: has the leather been poorly tanned? Nevertheless, this defect is particularly annoying when no solution is in sight!

Lack of communication for package tracking.

Order still not received! Colissimo announced for December 29, so after Christmas...

Sizes of the items are illogical, a jacket of the same brand in the same size and cut must be taken in 2 sizes smaller (one in XXL the other in L) with an additional 16€50 return fee at my expense. I have not seen this on any other site!!! I buy 500 euros worth of jackets and I have to pay the return fees when it's for an exchange and not even for a refund!! Absolutely not customer-friendly at all.

Super jacket, small downside, you must not make a mistake on the size as return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. For me, it cost me 16€. Otherwise, nothing to say, responsive seller, very fast shipping.

The leather is very supple and the jacket is very beautiful. Cut and finishes impeccable. A downside regarding the site, there should be more precise photos of the inside to inform about the lining. The somewhat technical names in the description do not always speak to us when we are not in the profession. Jacket exchanged for a warmer and better lined one.

The website is very readable, the advice for ordering the right size is reliable which is essential for an online order. We received the jacket very quickly, well packaged and with a nice little attention, a hanger. The quality and finish are there. Small downside, shipping costs are at our expense for an order at this price, it's a shame which explains my 4 stars.

This jacket is for a gift, I tried it on to see and personally I expected a warmer piece, we'll see in use, otherwise it remains a nice finish.
