The stitching on the bottom of the bag is not very well done and there are also two scratches on that same side. My strap is missing a piece of leather and the buckles are already a bit oxidized. Sizes of the items are illogical, a jacket of the same brand in the same size and cut must be taken in 2 sizes smaller (one in XXL the other in L) with an additional 16€50 return fee at my expense. I have not seen this on any other site!!! I buy 500 euros worth of jackets and I have to pay the return fees when it's for an exchange and not even for a refund!! Absolutely not customer-friendly at all.
