The quality is there, the sizes are right and the service is also; only the color is not what I thought, but it's a matter of nuance, the gray leans more towards brown...

Satisfied with my order. On the site, a small downside, the page of the bag I chose only had one photo of the product. I would have liked more details: inside view of the bag, sides, ...

They send you their satisfaction questionnaire before you are delivered, so what can I say? That they are aggressive as soon as we ask them for a package follow-up? That they treat you like slobs? And that I have no idea of my delivery date and in any case Trustpilot (of course since you are big bastards) will delete my review.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, As we discussed during our email exchanges, the requests for Trustpilot reviews are automated, usually you have already received the package and can judge the order, however, currently during the health crisis, indeed, the delays are a bit longer and you received your review request before receiving your package. As indicated in the tracking of your order received by email and also following your request, the package should be delivered today. You will notice that your review is very visible as they cannot be deleted based on the rating as you certify above! We are not aggressive, we respond to your remarks as politely as possible to your disrespectful remarks towards our team. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD.

Fast delivery. Beautiful soft leather. Normal size, I took M for a fitted jacket. I am 170 cm tall and weigh 54 kg. A small downside regarding the color of the stars which is beige pink while in the photo it looks white. Original jacket.

Good product, unfortunately a bit tight in size. We therefore returned our order to obtain the larger size. Hoping that the transaction goes quickly. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Mr. Berriot

Perfect quality but your sizes are smaller than normal. You need to add one or two sizes up. For a 44, you need a 48. So I am returning the package today for an exchange from 46 to 48.
