Very fast shipping (ordered on Tuesday, received by mail on Saturday). Bag completely conforms (color, size) and of good quality. Only downside is the inner pocket whose size does not fit the phone (it is not deep enough, the phone sticks out and prevents the top zip from closing).

Hello, We are really sorry that the product does not suit you in cut, the Sophie jacket is indeed a small warm perfecto, fitted cut, maybe a bit loose on you? Following my purchase of a brown leather three-quarter Nathan jacket, which is really of top quality, I decided to get a more spring-like jacket, so I chose the Oakwood model 62983. My measurements were really respected compared to the received model. I thank the seller for their welcome and attentiveness. However, for the jacket, it is really light in terms of quality and finishes. Can we blame this brand? I don't think so because 239 euros for a so-called leather jacket is not very expensive. I ordered a leather jacket that I had to return twice because the size did not fit. So far, no worries, they handled my request and quickly sent the requested size. The problem is that returns for size issues are charged, unlike many online sales sites. So I find it risky to order from this site, especially since the ordered item runs very small. For a usual M size, the XL was still too small. So at 8-9 euros for the return to change the size, it's expensive.

Unfortunately, we did not have any indications on your measurements, so no control to avoid you return fees. We only had an exchange with size L, but once received you asked us after looking at the size guide for a size 3XL which was no longer available in stock. Very often with the help of measurements, an email, or a call, we do our best to avoid return fees for our customers by guiding them as best as possible on size choice. You ended up canceling the order, so we refunded you for the jacket + the shipping costs of 12 euros from the start, we always proceed this way to avoid our customers excessive shipping fees. The dimensions of your leather garments (what was ordered) are at the lower limit of the displayed size... perhaps it would be better to order a size up?
